Can three minutes of exercise a week help make you fit?

OK you couch potatoes – stand up, move around and do only 3 minutes exercise a week to get fit. Are they kidding? Well – read and find out. 🙂

(P.S. at the moment I do around 60 minutes exercise on my Crosstrainer and around 90 to 120 minutes back/yoga/pilates a wekk. Unless I don’t that is 🙂
